Afternoon Fluff: Stars hit the burgundy carpet for Anchorman 2 premiere.

I don’t know if you know this but Ron Burgundy is kind of a big deal.

The news anchor and co hit the red carpet yesterday for the Australian premiere of Anchorman 2.

Miranda Kerr launches new book, wants you to ‘Empower Yourself’.

Following on from her first book, “Treasure Yourself, Miranda Kerr has launched her second self-help-new-age book, “Empower Yourself.”

The book contains 224 affirmations, and Kerr gives the advice to “use the internet with care”.

“I am vigilant when surfing the net,” she writes. Except when selecting images to post to Instagram it seems: the 30-year-old model was caught out last week when she uploaded a photoshopped image of herself.

On break-ups she gives this advice: “End relationships with sensitivity. If you find that you have to sever a relationship with a friend or a lover, you do so in the most painless way possible.”

“You do your best to conduct yourself with honesty and compassion.”
