Blake is probably the last person Sam Frost wants to hear from right now.

When you’ve been dumped by a guy on a national reality television show, only to be replaced with the second runner up, it’s safe to say it’s not a great experience.

So when it comes to dating advice and words of wisdom, we’re guessing the last people bachelorette Sam Frost would be turning to is former bachelor Blake Garvey and his girlfriend Louise Pillidge.

But, there you have it, they are sharing all the words.

Speaking to New Idea, Blake said, 'I just wish Sam well, I really hope she discovers the love she's looking for and that I have been extremely fortunate to find.'

Hmmm.

Not rubbing salt into the wound at all, Blake went on to explain what an amazing partner he has found in Louise.

'I can't think of a better woman than Louise to be the mother of my children. It's a matter of when, not if,' Blake said.

When it comes to well wishes, someone might want to tell Blake they're probably falling on deaf ears...
