One half of the world’s most stylish couple has come out and said he can’t take any credit for being stylish.
David Beckham, world-famous soccer player and the man of our dreams, has said some very sweet things about his extremely fashionable wife, Victoria.
David has just released a fashion collection for luxury menswear line Belstaff and says Victoria helped him creatively through the process.
“Obviously having a wife that has a great eye like she does, I’m very lucky,” he said. “But obviously, I kinda make my decisions on my collection and she does on hers. And she shows me her ideas, and asks me what I think, and I do the same,” David told Access Hollywood.
"That's what's great about being married. That's what's great about having a partner, having a wife that has the eye that she has. So over the years we kind of give each other advice on certain things either that we've created on our brands or on our collections or even what we're wearing. So it's good to have someone that is as talented as she is."
Victoria is busy opening up her first retail store in London to stock her range of Victoria by Victoria Beckham. Of the store opening she said, "I love retail - I'll be taking appointments with people... maybe go behind the till. Who knows maybe David will be on the door and Brooklyn will be a Saturday boy?"
Victoria recently sold 600 of her beautiful clothes for charity.
Daviod also proved what a responsible dad he is when he was asked about the couple's eldest son, Brooklyn, and his attendance at New York Fashion Week recently.
"He's (a) very lucky little boy. He's not in school at the moment. He starts school next week, so he's already gone back with his grandparents, but the other three children, they're all in school," David said.
"Education’s first and they (weren't) allowed over this time."
