Drew Barrymore likens her post-baby body to a famous Aussie animal.

We hear you Drew.

After two babies, Drew Barrymore is being very honest about the changes her body has gone through. She isn’t complaining but is being completely honest about how a woman feels after she’s given birth (especially twice).

“After making two babies, holy cow, does your body do some crazy stuff!” Barrymore told glamour.com.

The 39-year-old admitted that it's really hard to love yourself and to stay positive about your body when it's morphing in to all sorts of wonderful shapes. She likened her post-baby body to Australia's most iconic animal - the kangaroo.

"You feel like a kangaroo with a giant pouch - everything's saggy and weird," she told Glamour.

As a mother of two, the Hollywood actress did say that while your body is changing and you're adjusting to the new look you always have to remember just how beautiful it is that you've made children - that you have created life.

"When I lose sight of that, I exercise, read Dr. Seuss's Oh, the Places You'll Go!, and spend time with my kids. Then I start to see things that are bigger than myself," Barrymore told glamour.com.

Drew Barrymore has two daughters, Frankie, 2 and Olive, 11 months with her husband, Will Kopelman, 36. The couple announced the birth of their second daughter in April last year (so will be celebrating her first birthday soon).

"Happy to announce that today we are the proud parents of our second daughter, Frankie Barrymore Kopelman," the couple said in a statement. "Olive has a new little sister, and everyone is healthy and happy!"

The couple have been married since 2012, and seem more in love than ever and very happy with their little family.

We just want to say, thanks for the honest words Barrymore, they couldn't be truer. But if you need an extra lift, here's some Dr. Seuss wisdom:

“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You're on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who'll decide where to go...”
