1. Behold: After five years, Elyse Knowles made her return to the catwalk last night.

After five years off the catwalk, Elyse Knowles has made a stellar return to the runway, walking for Myer as part of Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival.

Knowles, who was recently named an ambassador for the retail giant, told News Corp it was “nerve-wracking” returning to the runway.

“It is a bit nerve-racking but I love being put out of my comfort zone because that’s how you grow,” she said, telling the news outlet she had been practising her walk in her hallway.

“I’ve just moved into a new place and the moment and it’s a bulldoze material, so the hallway is a bit wonky,” she said.

“I’ve been practising in different shoes, up and down.”

2. Olivia Munn bucks dating rumours… again. This time, about Justin Theroux.

The world can get off Olivia Munn's back, thanks very much.

Munn - who has in the past had to publicly deny she is dating Chris Pratt, the ex husband of her friend Anna Faris - has once again posted on Instagram about another false dating rumour. This week, the Newsroom actress received a text from her publicist saying In Touch was preparing a story about her and Theroux dating.

Munn, never one to allow the tabloids to walk over her, pre-empted the story by sharing her text message exchange with her publicist on her Instagram story:

In Touch is preparing a story about Olivia Munn and Justin Theroux. Sources tell In Touch Olivia and Justin are growing close together and they are heading towards a romance,” the text from her publicist read.

“Oh my god. That is so stupid,” Munn texted back.

She followed up that screenshot with another message for her followers:

“Since they said they’re running that story even if we said it’s 100 million percent not true, I thought I’d just let you guys know on my own that it’s not," Munn wrote. "Dear Tabloids, Please stop matching me with my friends’ exes. No disrespect to people who do date their friends’ exes, that’s just not my style. Kthxbye!”

She strikes twice.

3. Princess Eugenie joins Instagram, makes news.

Meghan Markle might have closed her Instagram account in the wake of her impending royal wedding, but that doesn't mean Princess Eugenie's thumbs are avoiding Instagram as her own wedding approaches.

The princess’s first post was a video from a speech she gave on Thursday about her battle with scoliosis.

“I can think of no better day than today, International Women’s Day, to launch my personal Instagram. I hope to use this platform to share the causes, passions, and people close to my heart,” she wrote as a caption.

And for that, she now has 10,000 followers. Considering follower count is akin to your worth in society, she's doing well. (We're kidding, of course. Kind of.)

4. Well, well, well. It would appear Alexa Chung and Alexander Skarsgard are back together.

They confirmed their split last July after two years dating, but it would appear some eight months later, Alexa Chung and Alexander Skarsgard are back together.

The TV presenter and actor were spotted arriving at St. Pancras International train station in London this week.

A source told Us Weekly: "The two seemed happy but a bit tired. They walked through the station holding hands," which is definitely code for "the source just looked at the same pap photos as we did, and drew an obvious conclusion".

Alas, good luck to the pair.

5. Colin Firth contacted police about his wife’s alleged stalker, but there was more to the story.

This week it was made public that actor Colin Firth had asked Italian police to investigate a man accused of stalking his wife, Italian film producer Livia Giuggioli.

Just days after Italian newspaper La Repubblica broke the story, Giuggioli admitted to having a sexual relationship with the man previously described as a childhood friend turned stalker.

The alleged stalker, Italian journalist Marco Brancaccia, has denied he harassed the pair. He told The Times that the 48-year-old had made it all up in an effort to cover up their affair between 2015 and 2016.

Hold onto your hats, because this is where it gets interesting.

Firth and Giuggioli, who have been married since 1997 have a different take to Brancaccia.

They say the “affair” happened while the couple were secretly separated and the stalking took place after Giuggioli’s relationship with the 55-year-old ended.
