Justin Bieber hopes Anne Frank ‘Would Have Been a Belieber’.  You know, IF Anne Frank had not died at the age of 15 living inside a concentration camp in Nazi-occupied Germany that is.

In a note he left in the guestbook at Amsterdam’s Anne Frank House, he wrote (according to the museum’s Facebook page), “Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber.”

According to People magazine Biebs didn’t mean to cause offence: “Justin took the time to visit the museum after reading Anne Frank’s diaries – he wanted to follow-up by visiting her house. Someone told Justin during the tour that Anne was very into pop culture and probably would’ve been a fan of Justin,” their source says.

“It’s sad that people are so quick to criticise without understanding the context with which he made those comments.”

8. The Voice recap.

Did you watch The Voice last night? If so, how much did you want the coaches to turn around for Viva Lale during her rendition of One Sweet Day?

For anyone who missed it the 26-year-old singer lost six of her family members, her Aunty and five cousins, in Australia’s worst house fire in Brisbane in 2011.

None of the four judges turned around for Lale, but she was one of the only ones not in tears after her audition, both Seal and Delta wiped away tears as they learned of her background.

Ricky Martin said: “you have six angels on your shoulder, (you will) go out and do it.”

Not getting through the first round of  The Voice is definitely not the end of Lale’s singing career, she’s been booked to perform regular Sunday sessions at Brisbane’s Southbank and begins recording her first EP this week.

Kendall Jenner (the younger Kardashian) has decided to forgo a higher education and aspire to be a Victoria’s Secret model instead.

Hoping to join the alumni that boasts Gisele Bunchden, Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum, Miranda Kerr and Alessandra Ambrosio, the 17-year-old said,  “It’s always been kind of a dream of mine,” Jenner said. “It’s something I’d love to do.”

Considering the average age of models retiring (or is that being retired) from Victoria’s Secret is age 28, the teenager definitely has time on her side.

And with a professional daughter-pimper Momager like Kris, surely it’s only a matter of time.

11. Tom Cruise wears a turtleneck, Angelina Jolie wears leather pants; everyone freaks out.

Is Suri old enough to be embarrassed about what her dad wears in public? Tom Cruise donned a grey marle turtleneck sweater under a blazer at the Hollywood premiere of his new movie Oblivion.

The Mission Impossible star apparently trained really hard for a racy shirtless scene in the movie telling reporters: “I’ve trained my whole life,” he said. “I don’t sleep that much. Some of those days it was like an hour, two hours sleep. You just go hard.”

So what’s with the turtleneck then? Maybe he’s hiding a hickey?

And as for Angelina Jolie, celebrity websites are abuzz with the news that she stepped out in leather pants.

Jumping on a plane from London to Los Angeles with her eldest child, 11-year-old Maddox, The Huffington Post reported that, “Jolie looked a lot like her former wild child self”. Either that or leather pants might be back in fashion (they are). So I’ll guess we’ll have to wait and see if she starts sporting vials of blood around her neck and kissing her brother on the lips.
