Taylor Swift shows us around her Beverly Hills mansion, answers all 73 of your burning questions.

She’s one of the world’s most successful musicians and boasts properties in Manhattan, Rhode Island and Nashville, yet it was her L.A. home Taylor Swift chose to open to Vogue‘s film crew.

Filming Vogue‘s signature webseries ’73 Questions’, Swift wanders loftily around her Beverly Hills ‘bungalow’, taking the camera man to a few carefully selected rooms she definitely probably didn’t have professionally cleaned before they arrived.

The one-shot, nine minute video (which I’ve watched so you don’t have to), begins with the interviewer asking if this house is where she keeps all of her awards. “I like to spread them out,” Swift says as we get an artful shot of her in her ‘writing room’, with a plethora of trophies in the background.

As we wander into the kitchen, the interviewer asks what Taylor’s favourite cake is, and suddenly we are gifted with our first name-drop, “My friends got me a cake from Milk Bar for my 25th birthday, it was so good even Jay Z raved about it.”

Still standing next to her marble benchtop, Swift's asked about her favourite drink (vodka with Diet Coke), and in a question that makes us realise Swift and her media trainer must have had weeks to prepare for this interview, she's asked about the one thing she still has from her childhood. "My insecurities," Swift replies as her favourite childhood toy suddenly begins to resent her.

We're led into the garden (recognisable from many an Instagram post) where Swift coyly says her favourite Christmas present was from her boyfriend (read: Calvin Harris), who "planted  an olive tree in my yard". (That better not be a euphemism).

The final room we explore is her luxurious-looking lounge, complete with a fireplace for those chilly L.A. winters.

Perched next to one of her 10 Grammy Awards, the interviewer decides to use his remaining 17 questions to get down to the nitty-gritty. He asks Swift what advice she would give to an aspiring singer, "Get a good lawyer," she says with a dead-pan stare. Whose closet would she love to own? Blake Lively's (same). And what advice would she give to her 19-year-old self? "Hey, you're going to date like a normal 20-something should be allowed to but you're going to be a national lightning rod for slut shaming."
