Celeb in 5: Monday's best entertainment and gossip news.

1. Married at First Sight’s Jono Pitman has announced he’s expecting his first child.

Ahh, another day, another reference to an ex-reality star’s fame in their Instagram pregnancy announcement.

Wait… what?

Is that a thing?

OK – in all honesty it’s not something we’ve actually… seen before, but we must give props to Married at First Sight‘s Jono Pitman for working one into his exciting pregnancy announcement.

That truly is dedication to your claim to fame.

The season two contestant posted a selfie and ultrasound with partner Rebecca Pattison to share the news they are expecting a baby boy this year.

“New Year, exciting new adventures…We’re having a baby!! Baby Pitman due July 2019 and we are over the moon. We can’t wait to meet our little boy,” he wrote.

Jono signed off his post with a cheeky reference to his infamous “that’s not what I ordered” line from when he first saw his MAFS bride Clare Verral at the altar in 2016, hashtagging “igotwhatiordered”.

Touché, my friend.

Jono rose to fame on season two of the Channel Nine dating show after he was set up with Clare – with whom he lasted just three weeks before their marriage crumbled in front of the nation.

Looking back on his experience, Jono said he wished he never met Clare in an interview with Now To Love.

Ouch.

2. The Biggest Loser’s Fiona Falkiner’s new romance with a Channel Nine reporter.

Former The Biggest Loser contestant and fan favourite Fiona Falkiner has confirmed her relationship with Channel Nine sports reporter, Hayley Willis, and we couldn’t be happier for her.

The model shared a sweet Instagram snap and several Stories on Sunday during Hayley’s birthday celebrations, one with the caption ‘Happy birthday babe’.

Hayley, a former NRL Footy Show reporter, also shared the romantic selfies on her Instagram Story.

According to an unnamed source who spoke to Woman's Day, Fiona and Hayley have been together for a few months now.

"They've been seeing each other for about four months now," the source told the publication.

Fiona split with AFL player Lara Creber in April 2018.

3. Pete Davidson has finally responded to ex Ariana Grande’s comments about his penis.

We've said it once and we'll say it again: the birth of the term BDE was the single greatest thing to come out of Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande's whirlwind romance.

But, as it transpires, Pete might not actually be as well-endowed as we've been led to believe.

At a recent New York comedy show, he suggested some women may... want their receipts, so to speak.

"I don’t like that [Ariana Grande] talked all that sh*t for my penis,” the Saturday Night Live star said during his routine.

“Everything is huge to her,” he continued. “Why would she tell everyone that I have a huge penis? So that every girl who sees my d*ck for the rest of my life is disappointed.”

In addition to her since-deleted tweet about Pete's apparently ~massive~ appendage, Grande made a reference to it in her early-2000s nostalgic music video for 'Thank U, Next,' writing “HUUUUUGE” next to a photo of the pair in her Mean Girls-inspired Burn Book of ex-lovers.

One thing's for sure: their relationship sure has given them both a lot of material.

Much like... Pete's pants.

(I'll show myself out).

4. STOP RIGHT NOW: An animated Spice Girls movie is officially in the works.

We've got very good news, Spice Girls fans.

The band's former manager Simon Fuller shared the news earlier this week and we couldn't be more excited.

"I'm so happy for the girls," Fuller told Billboard

"What's coming next is that we are going to be doing lots of exciting things. We'll be making an animated movie and there are lots of exciting plans to come," he added.

On top of their upcoming film, the group will also be embarking on a UK reunion tour this year.

"The last tour we did seven or eight years ago the demand was equal, if not maybe even more," Fuller told the publication.

"They're more timely more than ever and it's fantastic."

Can they come to Australia next, please?

5. Kanye West's reason for dropping out of Coachella is peak Kanye.

Oh, Kanye. Image: YouTube.

The year is 2019 and it appears Kanye West might have out-Kanye’d himself.

It was widely speculated that Kanye, the self-proclaimed “greatest rockstar of all time”, was headlining this year’s Coachella in what would’ve been his first major festival appearance since Glastonbury in 2015.

But the rapper has a reputation for being, er, a little difficult to work with. And the Main Stage at Coachella apparently wasn’t good enough for his presence or performance.

You see, Kanye wanted to perform in a specially-built dome in the middle of the festival.

According to Billboard reports, he was all but due to be revealed as a 2019 headliner on January 1, but he pulled out when organisers told him it was “impossible” to construct the custom-made dome in time for April.

The 360-degree dome was the idea of his set designer, John McGuire, and it would have allowed him to perform his set against a backdrop of immersive video. (Side note: it actually sounds pretty cool.)
