The Spill: Wednesday's best entertainment and gossip news.

1. “I’m going to be a daddy.” Love Island’s Justin Lacko is expecting his first child with girlfriend Anita Barone-Scott.

Justin Lacko – who we first met on Love Island a year ago – has announced he’s expecting his first child with girlfriend Anita Barone-Scott.

The Love Island and I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! star shared the news on Instagram earlier today by uploading a photo of an ultrasound scan.

“‘LIFE! I can’t believe this is happening but it’s the best news to hear and I am very excited to share with you all that I’m going to be a daddy,” he captioned the post.

“Here’s to celebrating my last year of my twenties and becoming a daddy in 2020.”

The couple announced they were dating in August.

2. Oh. Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson have apparently not called it quits after all.

There’s no need to panic, 2019’s most talked-about celebrity couple is still very much together.

Yep, we’re talking about Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson.

The pair were rumoured to have broken up because Miley needed time to focus on herself after her divorce from Liam Hemsworth.

Alas, the rumours are apparently not true, according to E! News.

A source close to the couple told the publication, “Miley and Cody saw each other last week when he visited her in Tennessee. They are fine and are still dating.”

According to the source, Miley is currently recuperating at home from her vocal cord surgery and Cody is working in Los Angeles.

“Miley has been resting from her vocal surgery but has been in touch and seen Cody recently.”

So there we have it, Miley and Cody are reportedly still together and will probably be back to posting cringey couple photos on Instagram very soon.

3. “I’m gonna cry in the bathroom.” Game of Thrones’ Emilia Clarke just opened up about filming her nude scenes.

Emilia Clarke, who played mother of dragons Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones, has said that she was pressured into filming nude scenes.

Speaking to fellow actor Dax Shepherd on his podcast Armchair Expert, the 33-year-old said that now – over a decade into her career – she’s no longer scared to fight back.

“I’m a lot savvier [now] with what I’m comfortable with, and what I am okay with doing,” she said.

“I’ve had fights on set before where I’m like, ‘No, the sheet stays up’ and they’re like, ‘You don’t wanna disappoint your Game of Thrones fans’. And I’m like, ‘F–you.’ I feel like I’ve seen enough now to know what is actually needed.”

Clarke landed her breakthrough Game of Thrones role in 2010 at the age of 23, shortly after she graduated from the Drama Centre London in 2009.

The role was Clarke’s third professional job, and told Shepherd she felt like she ‘wasn’t worthy’ of the position.

Playing Daenerys, she was also required to act in a number of sex and nude scenes.

“I’d come fresh from drama school, and I approached (it) as a job – if it’s in the script then it’s clearly needed, this is what this is and I’m gonna make sense of it… Everything’s gonna be cool,” she continues.

“I’ve never been on a film set like this before, I’d been on a film set twice before then, and I’m now on a film set completely naked with all of these people, and I don’t know what I’m meant to do and I don’t know what’s expected of me, and I don’t know what you want and I don’t know what I want.

“Regardless of there being nudity or not, I would have spent that first season thinking I’m not worthy of requiring anything, I’m not worthy of needing anything at all … Whatever I’m feeling is wrong, I’m gonna cry in the bathroom and then I’m gonna come back and we’re gonna do the scene and it’s gonna be completely fine."

The Emmy-nominated actress has most recently starred opposite Crazy Rich Asian's Henry Golding in the new festive film, Last Christmas.

4. Awww: Harry Potter's Rupert Grint says there was 'always something' between co-stars Emma Watson and Tom Felton.

To the delight of every single Potterhead, Rupert Grint has just confirmed what we all knew to be true.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the now-31-year-old who played Ron Weasley in the film franchise said Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) and Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) always had a little something-something.

"There was always something. There was a little bit of a spark," he said.

"But we were kids. It was like any kind of playground romance."

To be honest, the tension was clearly present on-screen.

Adding more fuel to the fire, in a 2012 interview on The Jonathan Ross Show, Watson admitted that she had a "terrible crush" on her on-screen nemesis.

“Between the ages of 10 and 12 I had a really terrible crush on Tom Felton,” she said.

“We love a bad guy, and he was a few years older and he had a skateboard and that just did it really."

To be crystal clear, the pair have never confirmed whether they've dated in the past, but thanks to Watson and Felton's Instagram activity, we know they've remained friends. From skating (friend) dates to him teaching her guitar, they're pretty cute.

5. Just 7 questions we have about MAFS' Jules and Cam's wedding on A Current Affair.

The wedding of the year has come and gone.

They were the success story from this year’s season of Married at First Sight, and now Jules Robinson and Cam Merchant are officially married, but like… for real this time.

To be clear, their actual wedding happened last Sunday, November 17, however not a lick of content has been posted on anyone’s social media account because #exclusivity.

Instead, we as a nation had the honour of watching the holy union of two people we became weirdly personally invested in. All it took was one season of reality TV and some very manipulative editing.

However, their nuptials didn’t come without controversy. Not Cyrell-throwing-a-fruit-bowl-at-Martha levels of drama, but still enough. Former MAFS bride, Mel Lucarelli was supposed to be Jules’ bridesmaid before she was unceremoniously dumped via text, and, according to the Daily Mail, the couple have also been accused by wedding vendors of asking for “freebies,” in exchange for social media and television coverage.

But back to the wedding.

Thanks to A Current Affair, we got to watch the lead-up and the wedding day itself, and we all cared about it a lot more than what we should have.

Despite this, we have questions.

Seven of them to be precise…

1. Was it really appropriate to call Cam and Jules the Romeo and Juliet of Married at First Sight?

Just a reminder of how that little story ended.
