Celeb in 5: Friday's best entertainment and gossip news.

1. Khloe Kardashian’s latest Instagram post has the world talking about her nose.

A post shared by Khloé (@khloekardashian) on

So Khloe Kardarshian uploaded a photo of her puppy today but the world isn’t talking about the puppy. We can’t work out if that’s because a) the puppy looks like a mixture between a floor mop and a clump of Ronald Weasley’s hair or b) we nose her nose looks different.

Yes. Her nose is…. well… different. Very much so. And we’re sorry but WE CARE.

We care. We care about the nose. She nose we care about her nose. Because even though we don’t give two flying nostrils about what people do or don’t do to their face, and even though it really has no consequence on… anything of substance at all, Khloe Kardashian looks different dammit and we want to talk about it.

Just like we would talk about her haircut, right?

Is this her way of distracting from the pregnancy narrative? Perhaps it’s her way of distracting from the pregnancy narrative. Like Donald Trump does! He makes a noise over here to distract from the real noise going over there.

A-ha. We see you Khloe. We like you. You’re very savvy. We also we need hobbies.

2. Lupita Nyong’o cooly schools magazine on racism after they retouched her natural hair.

Lupita Nyong’o has eloquently schooled Grazia about racism after they photoshopped her hair in their latest cover.

“As I have made clear so often in the past with every fiber of my being, I embrace my natural heritage and despite having grown up thinking light skin and straight, silky hair were the standards of beauty, I now know that my dark skin and kinky, coily hair are beautiful too,’ she wrote on Instagram on Friday.

“Being featured on the cover of a magazine fulfills me as it is an opportunity to show other dark, kinky-haired people, and particularly our children, that they are beautiful just the way they are. I am disappointed that @graziauk invited me to be on their cover and then edited out and smoothed my hair to fit their notion of what beautiful hair looks like. Had I been consulted, I would have explained that I cannot support or condone the omission of what is my native heritage with the intention that they appreciate that there is still a very long way to go to combat the unconscious prejudice against black women’s complexion, hair style and texture.”

Hear, hear.

3. Victoria Beckham’s “morning run” is everything we ever dreamed of and more.

There are levels of activewear.

Some opt for a cheap and cheerful ensemble from Kmart, others are of the Lorna Jane or Lululemon tribe.

High priestess of the fashion occult, Victoria Beckham nixes all the above because she is very – how do you say – extra, and would like us all to know it.

Because Victoria Beckham just uploaded a photo of Victoria Beckham running on a treadmill in heels and honestly, she couldn’t look more like Victoria Beckham if she tried. If we ever used phrases like “this is goals” we would use it but we don’t say “this is goals” so we won’t call this photo “goals” because we’re not 12.

In reality, the photo in question was a promo for her upcoming collaboration with Reebok, but even if this was 100 per cent legit, would you even be surprised?

Would you?

4. The 119th reminder that, no, Lisa Wilkinson and Carrie Bickmore are not feuding.

The persistent rumours of a “feud” between Lisa Wilkinson and Carrie Bickmore have been put to bed – again – after Carrie reported she “couldn’t be happier” to have Wilkinson join her as a co-host on The Project.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, Carrie called Lisa a “class act” and confirmed that the pair are “great friends”.

Carrie says she’s “always respected and looked up to” Lisa, who recently completed a 10-year stint on breakfast program TODAY alongside co-host Karl Stefanovic.

Lisa will join Carrie and other Project hosts Peter Helliar and Waleed Aly on the show from January next year.

Well, what do you know. It seems like it is possible for two women to work in the same industry and not “feud”.

Shocker.

5. Channel 10 want Sasha Mielczarek. Weep to learn on national radio that he does not want them.

With the announcement of Channel 10’s new spinoff Bachelor in Paradise has come wild speculation about who’s joining the cast alongside crowd favourites like Apollo Jackson, Keira Maguire and Laurina Fleure.

Top of everyone’s list (including, no doubt, Channel 10’s) was Sasha Mielczarek, previous Bachelorette contestant and ex-beau of Sam Frost.

Sadly for everyone involved, Sasha has confirmed that he’s not interested in the show, telling Nova radio duo Fitzy & Wippa that’s he’s busy doing, you know, normal person things.

“I have been asked [to do the show] a couple of times … but some of us are busy doing a 9-5 job,” he told a heartbroken Australia.

But how… will he… meet women… if not on national television?

“I think I might just try meeting a girl at a pub, you know, a standard process.”

BORING.
