The Spill: Top 5 entertainment stories for Saturday, July 27.

1. The Bachelor Matt Agnew has laid out his relationship history. And why are we not surprised?

It’s less than a week now until the new season of The Bachelor premieres, and if the new trailer is anything to go by, it looks as drama filled as ever. (Thank you, Osher Günsberg).

Speaking to Now to Love, the new bachelor Matt Agnew, 31, revealed his relationship history, sharing: “The last serious relationship I had was at the end of 2017. It didn’t work out because of timing, no drama!”

“Other than that, I’ve had two or three other serious relationships, but they’ve ended amicably. I had my heart broken when my first big high-school love came to an end.”

And good news, he speaks about his past girlfriends in a respectful way, telling the publication he has “no crazy exes to worry about”. He added: “They’ve all been really lovely relationships.”

As for if he considered telling his exes that he was about to become Australia’s bachelor, he admitted he considered it.

“Eventually I decided not to. It came to a point where I realised that most of them have moved on, so it just seemed unnecessary to poke my head in again.”

On the Logies red carpet Osher Günsberg told Mamamia that Matt definitely chooses someone. And he’s still with that someone.

This is the bachelor Australia deserves. We already know we’re going to love him. A lot.

2. Bindi Irwin already has plans for her wedding, including how she’ll honour her dad.

This week Bindi Irwin announced the exciting news that her partner of six years, Chandler Powell, proposed on her 21st birthday at Australia Zoo.

And now in a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, the daughter of the late Steve Irwin has shared her plans on honouring her father in her upcoming wedding.

“I think that for me, it’ll be really important that Robert walks me down the aisle,” Bindi said. “That’s something that I really want to do.”

“I’m always so grateful that Robert is there, and he has been such a big part of my life and he’s always stepped up and been the one to give me a hug when I need it and encourage me forward in life.

“So he will definitely be the one to walk me down the aisle when the time comes, and I think that will make it really special.”

She added: “I think that’s what Dad would have wanted as well.”

Irwin continued by explaining how she plans to include her mum in the nuptials too, telling the show: “If I was going to do a dance, it would be with my mum. My mum and I are so close. She’s my pillar of strength in life, and I love her beyond description.”

The conservationist shared her engagement news alongside a photo of her with Chandler directly after he had popped the question.

“On my birthday I said ‘yes’ and ‘forever’ to the love of my life,” the TV personality wrote in her announcement of the engagement.

“Chandler, close to 6 years ago I fell in love with you and every day since has been a whirlwind of adventure and true happiness. I’m so looking forwarding to spending our forever together as your wife. Here’s to a lifetime of friendship, purpose and unconditional love. Now let’s get married already!”

3. Umm, Chrissie Swan, those had better be rainbows on your dress…

When Chrissie Swan, popped on a rainbow-print, black wrap dress to go and host an episode of 10’s Have You Been Paying Attention, she probably didn’t think much of it.

But the internet did.

Sharing a photo of her in said dress on Instagram, the 45-year-old media personality began to get questions.

“Are those [rainbow emoji] on your dress or [eggplant emoji],” commented one intrepid Insta-fan.

“Even my 15 year old was second guessing whether they were rainbows or not. Close up yes, but from a distance [eggplant emoji]. First thing she said, honest,” wrote another.

“Have we touched on the penis dress, you are literally the best…but also, penis dress,” wrote another inquisitive mind.

And look… we can see why there might be a liiiiitle bit of confusion…

However, responding to the attention, Chrissie cleared up any confusion over the print of the dress.

"THEY’RE RAINBOWS AND POTS OF GOLD OMG YOU ALL HAVE SUCH DIRTY MINDS!" she wrote on Instagram, caps lock and all.

Mystery solved.

4. Dave Hughes’ comments about Lindsay Lohan have gone global.

Comedian and radio, Dave Hughes is probably having a rather awkward conversation with his fellow The Masked Singer judge, Lindsay Lohan, right now, and it's a little bit his fault.

Speaking about his celebrity colleague to Ed Kavalee on his Hit Network radio show, the 48-year-old joked about a little production meeting run-in he had with the actress.

"She complained about the fact she had to go downstairs to smoke cigarettes," he said jokingly.

"She says she's happy to follow the rules, well... she's not happy to follow the rules, but she's not going to break the rules."

After mutually complaining about the length of the production workshop, Lohan continued to smoke her cigarette, while Hughesy went back to the meeting, except the Mean Girls star never showed up.

“The discussion was had: ‘Let’s start, we don’t know how long Lindsay’s going to be,’” he said, also making a joke about the fact she had a scribe to take notes for her.

“We thought maybe she’s not going to come back!”

Listening to the audio, it's pretty clear everything Hughesy said was done in good humour, however his words were taken out of context by US talkshow host Wendy Williams.

"The rumour is she's already annoying the judges," she told her studio audience.

“What they’re saying is that Lindsay is taking long ciggie breaks, holding up production and she walks around with a note-taker.

“You have to learn how to be accountable and more reliable,” she joked about the actress.

Throwing water on the situation, Jackie O, who is also a host on the celebrity singing show, came to both Hughesy and Lohan's defence.

"He’s been taken out of context and the thing is that he loves Lindsay. He would never want to say anything bad about her," she said.

“And the thing is, you couldn’t actually say that Lindsay is unprofessional because she is the exact opposite.

“I’ve been super impressed with her.”

Confirming the above, Hughesy confirmed Lohan's utter professionalism, while tweeting his thanks to Jackie.

"Thanks legend Jackie! Lindsay Lohan is DELIGHTFUL!!!!!" he wrote.

And let's hope that that's the end of that. The Masked Singer is currently filming in Sydney, and will be screening on Channel 10.

5. Kylie Jenner has officially unfollowed Jordyn Woods on Instagram, just a day after the James Harden video.

At last it seems like the Kardashian / Jenner / Woods scandal has come to a bumbling close.

It was only a matter of time, but Kylie Jenner has unfollowed her former best friend Jordyn Woods on Instagram.

Which in today’s age, is obviously a big deal.

The unfollow comes just one day after a video emerged of Jordyn Woods with another of Khloe Kardashian’s ex-boyfriends, James Harden, and five months after the infamous Tristan Thompson cheating scandal.

For those keeping track at home, that's one less follower for Jordyn Woods, and a lot more freed-up mental space for us.
