Michael Buble's baby boy is in hospital after suffering serious burns at home.

Toddlers are most at risk.

Michael Buble‘s little boy has been admitted to hospital in Argentina after suffering serious burns to six per cent of his body.

Noah Buble, 22 months, was with his mother, model Luisana Lopilato, 28, in Buenos Aires when he was scalded with boiling water in a “domestic accident” at home according to local news site Clarin.

Thousands of kids are admitted to hospital in Australia every year for burns and scalds, with curious toddlers being particularly at risk.

Lopilato took to Twitter to thank fans for their concern.

“Thank you for your support at this time,” she wrote in Spanish. “My son is doing well. God willing we’ll be able to go home soon.”

Buble, 38, is currently in his native Canada working and unable to be with his son in hospital.

He told ET Canada that his son is recovering, but it’s hard being away at this time.

“It’s tough to see him go through it. I try to remind Lu that we are lucky. That it could have been worse,” he said.

The family recently celebrated Father’s Day, and Lopilato posted a picure of Buble and Noah asleep together on Instagram, writing, “You… You are the best dad ever!!! We love you!!”
