Fluff: Miranda Kerr's going to be a pop star. For real.

Brace your ear drums and get your dancing shoes ready. Miranda Kerr has decided to branch out from professional underwear-wearing. The Aussie supermodel is going to be a pop star.

Miranda, 30, laid down (is that what you do with songs: lay them down?) a track with Broadway star Bobby Fox.

A spokesperson for Bobby told the MailOnline: “Miranda was amazing to work with.

“She didn’t take herself too seriously – she just got into character and had a ball recording it.”

The pair sing a duet cover of Elvis and Ann Margaret’s “You’re The Boss” from the Elvis movie Viva Las Vegas. Fox, who is currently starring in Jersey Boys on Broadway, flew to New Zealand to record the song with Kerr.

‘I usually just sing in the shower but @thedancingfox convinced me to record a duet with him,’ she tweeted on Sunday.

Ah, Miranda, that’s not strictly true, is it?

What about that time you sang in a Japanese Lipton Tea ad…

And that time you “sang” in the Victoria’s Secret Angels version of “Deck The Halls”…

Look, it’s not the first time an excruciatingly good-looking model person has decided to saunter into the recording studio.

Cara Delevigne, she of the magnificent eyebrows, released this little number with musician Will Heard.

Then there was that time leggy Brazilian Gisele Bündchen “sang” for fashion giant H&M.

And that time Kate Moss took to the stage with Pete Doherty…

You could basically call it a trend. Thank you, Auto-tune.
