1. As if Trump hasn’t ruined enough, he’s now gone and gotten Obama uninvited from the royal wedding.

JUST GIVE US THIS ONE THING, TRUMP! Image: Getty.

Clearly, President Donald Trump does not like it when us plebs find something that brings us joy in life.

No, rather than let the world feel warm and fuzzy about the upcoming royal wedding of prince Harry and Meghan Markle, he had to go and ruin it before it's even begun.

Well, kind of.

According to The Sun, the British government is reportedly worried inviting former US President and friend of Prince Harry, Barack Obama could jeopardise relations between Great Britain and America.

And by that, they mean Trump will probs spit the dummy if his predecessor is invited to the May 19 wedding but he isn't. Which... he won't be.

“Harry has made it clear he wants the Obamas at the wedding, so it’s causing a lot of nervousness,” a source told The Sun. “Trump could react very badly if the Obamas get to a Royal wedding before he has had a chance to meet the Queen.”

I guess we really shouldn't be surprised Trump is the reason we might not get to see the Prince Harry-Obamas banter continue next year. He's taken pretty much everything else from us, right?

2. Lewis Hamilton shares an apology for a video punishing his nephew for wearing a princess costume.

With a whopping 5.7 million Instagram followers, Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton holds a significant amount of influence. Everything he shares, likes, photographs, will be viewed and absorbed by many.

Apparently, Lewis didn’t quite take note of exactly that when he uploaded a, now deleted, video onto Instagram of him reprimanding his young nephew for wearing a princess dress on Christmas Day.

“I’m so sad right now. Look at my nephew,” he wrote to accompany to video, inviting harsh opinion and judgment.

“Boys don’t wear dresses!” He yelled at his young family member.

After being met with an abundance of criticism, Lewis shared an apology via Twitter on Boxing Day.

"Yesterday I was playing around with my nephew and realised that my words were inappropriate so I removed the post," he began.

"I meant no harm and did not mean to offend anyone at all. I love that my nephew feels free to express himself as we all should.

"My deepest apologies for my behaviour as I realise it is really not acceptable for anyone, no matter where you are from, to marginalise or stereotype anyone.

"I have always been in support of anyone living their life exactly how they wish and I hope I can be forgiven for this lapse in judgement."

3. This Gogglebox duo have revealed they don’t actually live together. We feel cheated.

They’re us in front of the television. They’re you and your sister, bickering about whether the dish looked tasty or not. They’re you and your roommate, pretending not to cry at the latest episode of ‘This is Us’.

The only difference is, they’re being filmed… right?

Well, that’s what we thought. We thought these people had warmly invited us into their homes for the collective viewing of our favourite shows, but apparently, show favourites Adam Densten and Symon Lovett don’t even live together.

Sorry, what?

'Adam has just very sneakily copied one of my keys so he always ends up on my couch when I get home from work (and the pantry has curiously always been raided),' Symon told Popsugar in a recent interview.

Okay, now this we can relate to and thus probably forgive. The two friends, who met at a university pub-crawl, pretty much live together. Technically speaking, not so much, but as friends go, we’ll let this one slide.

4. Twelve years later, Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley retake iconic nude photo.

To celebrate a decade of being married, Katherine Heigl, 39, and her husband Josh Kelley, 37, have recreated the iconic Royal Tenenbaums inspired shot.

Heigl says since the photo was taken ten years ago, a few things have changed.

"I quit smoking, thank God! I’ve put on a few pounds. I don’t often do spontaneously weird things like take random bathtub photos in the middle of the night anymore. But what hasn’t changed, is that burning desire in me to be with this man" she shared to her nearly 2 million followers.

Cue: nawwwww.

Congratulations to the happy couple on their first decade of marriage!
