Pharrell Williams and wife Helen Lasichanh welcomed triplets into the world earlier this month, proving they sure can keep a secret.

A representative of the US singer-songwriter confirmed Lasichanh, a model and designer, gave birth to the trio.

The mum and her babies were described as “healthy and happy”, but the bubs’ sexes and names were not shared, according to Vanity Fair.

The triplets join Williams and Lasichanh first child, eight-year-old Rocket, who the musician revealed had been given his name for a specific reason.

The 43-year-old shared the meaning behind the unique name in an interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2014.

“In the same way the Indians named their children after a force or animal or element, we named him after a man-made machine that was meant to go up, meant to ascend,” Williams said.

Williams married his long-term girlfriend and “bestie” Lasichanh in 2013 and the pair have always kept relatively private.

They’re not the only couple in the public eye who have managed to keep the birth of their children a secret for an extended period.

Alexis Bledel and partner Vincent Kartheiser welcomed a son in 2015 – a detail they only confirmed after Gilmore Girls co-star Scott Patterson let the fact she was a mother slip in an interview.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have also managed to reveal very few details about their two daughters James, two, and four-month-old Ines – holding off on sharing their names for as long as possible.

Leighton Meester And Adam Brody (aka Seth Cohen from The OC and Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl) welcomed Arlo Day Brody sometime in the past two years, but there's very little evidence of her existence.

And who could forget Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes managing to keep both her pregnancies a secret before giving birth to their daughters, Esmeralda in 2014 and Amada in 2016.
