The best friend of MAFS' Sarah just shared the real reason behind her split with Telv.

Over the weekend, Married At First Sight star Sarah Roza shared the news we all knew was coming, but never actually wanted to hear: she and her ‘husband’ Telv had gone their separate ways.

Yep, the only couple from the show that actually made any sense (sorry, Troy and Carly) were no longer.

The 38-year-old beauty specialist from Victoria confirmed the news with her Instagram followers, telling them she felt “great heartache, regret and sadness” over the split.

On the back of what has been such an extraordinary experience it is with great heartache, regret & sadness that Telv & I are no longer together. As you undoubtedly saw, my heart was completely committed to this before I even met my husband & it was absolutely set on fire once I did meet him. Like all relationships, no one but the couple involved know exactly what goes on behind the smiles & the tears, so respecting the dignity of both Telv & myself I am wanting to be completely transparent with you; the dedicated, much loved & appreciated viewer. Being surrounded by friends & family is providing a safe haven for me now. This is so I can heal & continue to carry on living a upstanding & happy life. An experiment like this forces you to reveal exactly who you are. For me; I’m so proud of my resilience, decency, compassion & my loyalty. I know that nobody is perfect yet I am at that stage in my life where the foundation of basic respect & support from my partner is crucial. As a woman I know what I truly deserve & I just can’t allow my innate standards to be compromised. There were so many heartfelt moments that we shared together which I honestly will treasure forever. I truly wish only the absolute best for Telv because I undoubtedly will always love & care very deeply for him, but ultimately I deserve someone who shares the same life goals & aspirations as I do. Whilst I didn’t find lasting love it has surprised me that I did in fact find something much more important; my inner strength. This honestly was the most challenging & intensely emotional undertaking that I’ve ever committed to. I’ve ‘walked through fire’ more times than I ever imagined I would. While it saddens me that it didn’t work out, I do know the right man for me is out there somewhere looking for me too. I still believe in my happily ever after & that I’m deserving of a pure & committed love. I will always be eternally grateful that our paths crossed in this way as I feel that I have learnt so much about myself & grown exponentially as a person. Now, Sarah’s best friend, celebrity medium Harry T – who also appeared in her bridal party on the show – has revealed to Daily Mail Australia that 33-year-old Telv’s “inappropriate behaviour” was the major reason for the split.

"She felt he was more interested in the single bachelor life with all the parties, drinking with the boys and living the typical single boy's lifestyle," Harry told the publication.

"She just couldn't tolerate such unacceptable and inappropriate behaviour from him when they were supposed to be in a committed and loving relationship."

Harry also added that Telv "dropped her like a hot potato" as soon as the show's cameras stopped rolling.

"He wasn't there for her as a loyal partner... Lots of photos and videos came out about his bad boy ways that truly hurt her."

Harry's comments come just a day after Sarah shared a cryptic comment on a post shared to his Instagram account, which fans took as a sign that the couple's split was less than amicable.

"You know just how tough it’s been for me for ages..." Sarah wrote to her friend.

"I would not wish what happened to me on my worst enemy, it's just heartbreaking but I'm sure my heart will recover and love again one day."

Telv is yet to respond to Sarah's breakup announcement and Harry's subsequent claims about the reason for the split.

But he did, however, share a number of photos from the Australian GP in Melbourne alongside famous faces like Billy Slater, Brody Jenner and fellow Married At First Sight stars Matty Lockett and John Robertson.
