The Spill: Thursday's best entertainment and gossip news.

1. Oh. The Bachelor’s Rachael just shared a massive spoiler from the show on Instagram.

Warning: Bachelor spoilers ahead.

The Bachelor spoilers are rolling in thick and fast, and this time, they’re coming to us courtesy of a former contestant.

During last night’s episode of the show, contestant Rachael shared an Instagram Live video alongside former contestant (and her rumoured girlfriend) Vakoo.

During the video, Sogand, who is currently still appearing on the show, appeared in the background of the video.

"It's another Persian chick," Sogand shouted from across the room.

"She's about to get kicked out," Rachael said of Sogand, before adding: "... of my house".

Oh.

Well. We guess that's proof Sogand doesn't win Matt Agnew's heart.

It's not the only spoiler we've been exposed to this week.

Yesterday, photographs emerged of current contestant Nichole kissing former Married At First Sight contestant Billy on the Gold Coast.

Honestly, we're struggling to keep up...

2. “I was so misquoted”. The jaw-dropping 1998 interview that almost ended J-Lo’s career.

Whether she's singing, acting, dancing, producing or designing, J-Lo has had one of the most successful careers in Hollywood and is living her best life with over $500 million to her name.

But 20 years ago, Lopez came very close to single-handily destroying her career when she dissed a number of Hollywood actors, in a recently resurfaced interview.

In the 1998 interview for Movieline, the then 27-year-old Lopez was asked about her opinion on celebrities like Madonna, Salma Hayek, Cameron Diaz, Sandra Bullock and Gwyneth Paltrow.

And it's fair to say it was a bit of a train-wreck.

“I don’t like to hurt anybody. I don’t like to hurt their feelings. I like to joke, so I do that sometimes. What they wrote in that article hurt people," Lopez told Vanity Fair in 2001.

But what exactly did she say? Let's take a look back at some of the controversial things that were published in the story.

When asked why she was landing so many movie roles, J-Lo said, “Because I’m the best. I feel I can do anything — any kind of role. I’m fearless."

"I work really hard. I’ll just get better as I go along because I’m open to getting better. If you have the goods, there’s nothing to be afraid of. If somebody doesn’t have the goods, they’re insecure. I don’t have that problem."

She was then asked for her opinion on Cameron Diaz.

“A lucky model who’s been given a lot of opportunities I just wish she would have done more with. She’s beautiful and has a great presence, though, and in My Best Friend’s Wedding, I thought, ‘When directed, she can be good.’”

And also on Madonna.

“Do I think she’s a great performer? Yeah. Do I think she’s a great actress? No. Acting is what I do, so I’m harder on people when they say, ‘Oh, I can do that, I can act.’ I’m like, ‘Hey, don’t spit on my craft.’”

And then she was asked about Gwyneth Paltrow... and it didn't get much better.

“Tell me what she’s been in? I swear to God, I don’t remember anything she was in. Some people get hot by association. I heard more about her and Brad Pitt than I ever heard about her work.”

3. Pass the holy water, Jude Law is wearing budgie smugglers in 'The New Pope’ trailer and we are thirsty pls.

Jude Law has returned to his role as Lenny Belardo in The New Pope, and not since Fleabag's hot priest (AKA Andrew Scott) has there been a stronger case for Catholicism.

The show is Paolo Sorrentino's follow-up series from the 2016 critically-acclaimed show, The Young Pope, in which Law played the first American pope in history, however he's now been replaced Pope Giovanni III, who is played by a considerably more covered John Malkovich.

In the newly released trailer, Law is seen walking onto a beach wearing nothing but a pair of glowing budgie smugglers, while his predecessor, Pope Giovanni, is in his much more conservative church dress, and while the one minute, 46 second clip is entertaining as hell, it's doesn't give away much as to what's actually going to happen in the show.

Not that we're complaining.

There's still no word as to when fans will be able to get their thirsty mitts and eyeballs on The New Pope, but for now, the trailer is more than enough. Watch it below.

On last night’s episode of The Bachelor, Rachael Arahill was bundled into a car and whisked away from the mansion – and her ‘Plan B’ – with some glorious final words: ‘F*cking dogs’.

Were they the best departing words in Bachie history? Quite possibly.

Rachael told Mamamia the comment was directed at producers, who she believed set her up during the cocktail party when her number magically made it into the hands of a crew member while she was upstairs getting her makeup done.

“I was up in hair and makeup at the time, but from what I have gathered from watching the show, somebody has given a crew member my number – I don’t even know if it was my number, whatever – and it started this whole debacle,” she told Mamamia.
