The original McMansion- the Cohen Family home from teen drama The OC – is up for sale.
And the good news is that you’ll only need a cool $6.25 mil to buy it.
As Time reports, the palatial mansion is not actually located in California’s Newport Beach, but in Malibu. And disappointingly, does not come complete with Ryan Atwood Pool-House.
The home boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a specialised chef’s kitchen which makes total sense. No-one ever seemed to cook on that show, food just kind of appeared.
The estate is four-acres and includes a library, and home-office. It is unclear at this stage whether a teenage runaway and his emotionally vulnerable girlfriend come as standard inclusions.
I can certainly imagine lazy mornings drinking black coffee from a comic book mug, and doing yogalates on that lush lawn.
Might have to settle for a Sunday afternoon of nostalgic binge-watching instead.
California here we come.
