"Delta, you're my Disney Princess." Voice Kids winner praises her mentor.

Did you tune into The Voice Kids last night? If not, here’s all you need to know.

The first ever The Voice Kids winner was crowned last night, and for those of you that didn’t watch it, the winner was… 10-year-old Alexa, the youngest contestant on the show.

Alexa was coached by Delta Goodrem and sang Colours of the Wind from the Disney film Pocahontas and later performed Mariah Carey's Hero.

"Delta you are the best coach ever. You especially remind me of a Disney princess” Alexa said on the show.

"You sang so beautifully. You have star quality and I can't give you that - that is something you're born with” Delta said after Alexa's performance.

Alexa had no formal vocal training before entering the competition and recently performed alongside her brother in the production, Oliver.

She has won a Universal Music contract plus $50,000.

Congratulations, Alexa!
