Georgia Love: "I’m really sad my ex-partners thought I would do such a thing."

Almost immediately after Georgia Love was revealed as this year’s Bachelorette, her exes started talking.

Some criticised her for taking an ‘easy’ route to score TV fame (Georgia resigned from her day job as a presenter on regional Tasmanian channel WIN to take part in the upcoming series) and others accused her of cheating during a relationship.

"Why did we break up? Because she cheated on me twice," one of Georgia's exes, Wade Seaford, told radio station SEA FM.

"So unlucky in love? I would say not really because she causes all the unluck. She is known for using people to get what she wants."

Now, just days after the first offical promo for the show was released, Georgia is setting the record straight.

Ugh my job is soooo boring ???? #gettothechopper #doingstuff

"There’s absolutely no truth to it," she told Woman's Day magazine.

"I have never cheated in my life. I’m a very loyal person and I always have been, and I’m really sad to hear that any of my ex-partners have thought otherwise.

"It’s upsetting that they would think I would do such a thing," she said.

Here's hoping that Georgia - who will appear on our screens soon after Richie finds love on The Bachelor - finds the man of her dreams soon.
