How a 12-second video has reignited a rumoured feud between the Beckhams and the Sussexes.

The war between the UK's two royal families continues to rage on.

I'm, of course, referring to the official royals, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, and the people's prince and princess, David and Victoria Beckham.

These two couples were initially close pals, close enough for Meghan and Harry to invite the sporting and fashion icons to their royal wedding in 2018.

But in recent months, they've been engaged in a vicious feud. Based on what information, you may wonder?

Just vibes, really.

The latest vibe between Prince Harry and the Beckhams' oldest son Brooklyn was WAY OFF.

It all comes down to a 12-second video being circulated online.

Take a look at Harry 'snubbing' Brooklyn and wife US heiress Nicola Peltz at a football game at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles over the weekend.

One could argue that Harry didn't even see Brooklyn. One could argue that Brooklyn definitely didn't see Harry.

One could argue that greeting someone during a chaotic photoshoot/red carpet extravaganza would be rather awkward.

One could even argue that Harry is simply Brooklyn's dad's friend who might be sorta embarrassing company to hang with.

Or that Brooklyn didn't want anyone to steal the spotlight away from his burgeoning photography/cooking/whatever-he-does-this-week career.

One would be wrong.

These men simply hate each other.

It's family versus family.

Blood is thicker than professional football... or whatever ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

But there's an awkward detail within this story: Harry was literally there to support his supposed enemy, David Beckham, as the team he co-owns Inter Miami CF was playing Los Angeles Football Club.

However, Meghan Markle wasn't there.

And the tabloid media were quick to note she was on the leaked guest list to attend the game.

This means she hates David and Victoria Beckham, and probably team sports, and possibly supporting her husband.

Like usual, Meghan Markle is being painted as the villain.

The feud rumour took off in July this year when the Daily Mail wrote the headline, "Have the Beckhams been 'Markled'?" which cited a source claiming the couples had a falling out because the Suits star accused the Beckhams of leaking stories to the press.

The claim reportedly came out in a tense phone call which left David "absolutely bloody furious", with the tabloid website adding that, "Any making up now is so unlikely."

These allegations followed neither Harry nor Meghan attending Brooklyn and Nicola's wedding in 2022, which was attended by the entire Beckham clan.

This came as a surprise as David and Harry's friendship dates back decades. They first met in 2010 at a football function in Johannesburg alongside his brother William. From there, their bromance blossomed and they become party pals in 2011, reportedly night-clubbing until 3am together.

Harry and Meghan reportedly met in July 2016 when one of Markle's close friends, Markus Anderson, introduced her to the prince. Anderson happens to be friends with David's communications director Izzy May.

After becoming engaged, Meghan grew closer to Victoria and the royals apparently decided to temporarily relocate near the Beckhams' country house in the Cotswolds after their wedding.

According to the Daily Mail, "they chose it knowing the Beckhams would be next door."

Since breaking away from the royal family, Harry and Meghan eventually settled in Montecito, California while the Beckhams live in London.

So basically, they used to be neighbours and now... they're not.
