There was no Kardashian Christmas card this year, but the family still celebrated.

If you had the niggling feeling something was missing this Christmas, you were spot on.

The Kardashians’ highly-anticipated annual Christmas Card never arrived, much to the disappointment of their patiently waiting fans who’ve come to expect a lot from the photogenic family over the years.

It’s probably fair enough when you consider what a rough time they’ve had recently, what with Kim being robbed at gunpoint and her husband being hospitalised, Khloe finalising her divorce from Lamar Odom, and Rob and Blac Chyna, well, just being Rob and Blac Chyna.

Getting the ever-expanding brood together in one place long enough to take the snap would be no mean feat either, one imagines.

That was certainly the case in 2014 when the family simply “ran out of time” to send a card out.

Thankfully, Khristmas wasn’t Kancelled Kompletely though.

The Kardashians and Jenners managed to gather at matriarch Kris’ annual Christmas Eve party in Calabasas.

Kim, who has yet to make full return to social media, was even snapped wearing a lip ring for the occasion.

Other highlights included the sisters getting down to Beyonce and live performances from John Legend and Babyface, according to E!.

Everyone was blinged up to the nines, obviously, and Santa Claus even made a cameo for the little ones.

Last night…..

Unfortunately Kanye West, who was released from UCLA Medical Center late last month, was notably absent.

All in all it seems like it was a ‘blissful’ family affair, but heres hoping they bring back the Chrissy card in 2017.

If you’ve never encountered the over the top brilliance of the annual Kardashian Christmas card, we recommend a look through the archives:
