Forget big wedding dresses, the real fairytale was Lauren Phillips' wedding reception.

When TV host Lauren Phillips married her long-time love Lachlan Spark in Flinders, Victoria, on Saturday, social media was awash with glimpses of her Cinderella-esque gown.

Opting out of the sleek, body-hugging gowns we’ve seen other celebrities don this year, Phillips went for a dress and veil bigger than life, draped in a custom CON ILIO couture gown and floating veil.

And so, as our eyes breathed in the sight of a bride who did not do things by halves, we missed an equally as fairytale-like reception and a seven and a half-metre high glass marquee which took a week to come to life.

The striking marquee – which shouldn’t be a called a marquee lest it be put in the same category as, well, other marquees – was called The Atrium. It was put together by Harry the Hirer with help from The Melbourne Planner.

“We started the manufacturing process in August and did the design back in March last year after seeing a greenhouse in South Africa,” Sam Jamieson from Harry The Hirer told News Corp.

“It’s the first in the world and has already been booked for VAMFF and another wedding in Sydney.”

Some of the stars in attendance at the wedding were Bec Judd, AFL couple Emma and Tom Hawkins, Kylie and Jonathan Brown, comedian Tommy Little and Weekend TODAY Host Tom Steinfort.
