Celeb in 5: Monday's best entertainment and gossip news.

1. Inside the rumour that MAFS’ Matt and Lauren are “banned” from contacting each other.

The internet was sent into a frenzy this morning following questionable reports that Matt and his MAFS wife Lauren were pregnant.

The rumours stemmed from an interview in NW Magazine, in which the Queensland based videographer and former virgin Matt supposedly said he “couldn’t be more excited for this journey into fatherhood”.

Of course, we were suss.

Well, now – thanks to some fairly aggressive stalking by Kyle and Jackie O this morning, there’s a new rumour that they’ve actually split – and it’s a split so volatile they’ve been banned from contacting each other and speaking to the press.

Hold up, what?

What a bloody rollercoaster.

“An article has just come out in New Weekly that says that Matt the virgin from Married At First Sight and his partner Lauren are having a baby,” Jackie said during her O News this morning, before attempting to get to the bottom of it all.

“Channel Nine refuse to allowed Matt the virgin to do any interviews,” Kyle said.

“What’s wrong with just putting them on and saying ‘Oh no it’s not true’,” Jackie questioned.

While they couldn’t quite get to the bottom of the baby rumours, their executive producer Sonia Jahshan then chimed in with some very interesting tea:

“Guys, here’s some inside goss. We’ve been told that Lauren and Matt are not allowed to talk to each other,” she revealed. “They’ve been separated.”

“Apparently they’ve had no contact. They’re not allowed to have contact with each other,” Jahshan continued. “I don’t know if it’s Nine [that’s enforcing this] but something weird is happening.

“They used the word ‘banned’,” she concluded.

Further to this, New Idea have since quoted an “anonymous source” who says the two were incompatible… in the bedroom.

“Their first time together was actually more awkward than romantic,” one of Lauren’s close friends is quoted as saying. “When it comes to the bedroom, she is really adventurous and open to anything, even threesomes and intimacy with the same sex.

“She’s looking for a manly man, and unfortunately Matt’s lack of experience didn’t meet her expectations.”

The magazine even reported Lauren has already moved on.

Wowzers. What a turn.

One thing’s for sure: we will most certainly be watching to see how this plays out.

2. There’s going to be yet movie about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

A sequel to the movie version of Harry and Meghan’s love story is on the way, and will be on our screens just in time for the royal baby (aka the British spring).

It will centre around the couple’s newly married life together, with production set to begin later this month in Vancouver.

The working title is; Harry and Meghan: Becoming Royal, however the stars of the first movie won’t be reprising their roles this time around.

Apparently… they are not available.

The first film Harry and Meghan: A Royal Romance follows the couple's story from first date to engagement. Obviously, there were plenty of updates to pad out a second movie.

While it did get some negative reviews (of the 'it's so cheesy variety'), plenty of royal fans lapped it up - it received three stars on IMBD, and an audience score of 62 per cent on Rotten Tomatoes.

No matter how cheesy, we're not going to be able to NOT watch it. Are you?

3. “I’ve never had anyone treat me so badly.” Bronson defends himself for calling out Ines.

Last night's episode of Married At First Sight was one of the most controversial episodes of the reality show to date.

During the commitment ceremonies, things got incredibly heated when Bronson called Ines a very bad word after copping a barrage of abuse from his 'wife'.

Married At First Sight's Bronson was scolded for calling his wife a very bad word on last night's episode.

But now, speaking to TV Weekthe former stripper had admitted he regrets calling Ines the word that rhymes with "hunt".

"I probably could have used a better word, but I've never had anyone treat me so badly in my life," Bronson said.

"I wanted to find the best word to describe what she was doing to me, and that was the worst one I could think of. I don't regret calling her out, but I do regret using the word," he added.

"My family and friends wanted me to leave on the night of the wedding and come home with them. They're better judges of character than I am –they can see the stuff you can't see yourself."

With Bronson choosing to stay in the experiment, it'll be interesting to see where things end up next for the couple.

4. After their disastrous Instant Restaurant, MKR’s Josh and Austen have unleashed on judge Manu.

Hell hath no fury like a Manu Feildel forced to eat terrible Indian food from a bible, it seems.

The My Kitchen Rules judge held little back as he unleashed on brothers Josh and Austin in last night's episode, who made their guests wait four hours to be fed at their sh*t show of an Instant Restaurant.

“Manu was so furious at the wait (including 4hrs 20mins for main) that for the first time ever in MKR history he was threatening to leave the Instant Restaurant and had to be begged by producers to stay,” a production insider told news.com.au.

Now, speaking with news.com.au, Josh and Austin - who have previously admitted they were headhunted to be on the show - have described Manu's behaviour as "weird".

“I found it really difficult with Manu,” Austin told the website. “With Pete, you got what you got. But with Manu, one minute he’s really loving and caring, he’s like a father. And then the next minute he’s full of anger.”

The brothers previously revealed they had little interest in cooking before they were encouraged to apply for the reality show by producers.

Which is why Austin was so baffled by Manu's criticism of their cooking skills.

“He’d be like, ‘Why are you on this show?’... We’re like, ‘Ask the producers, they asked us!’"

5. EXCLUSIVE: After Yvie's weigh-in protest on I'm a Celeb, Angie has shared her history of bulimia.

When Yvie Jones refused to be weighed on Sunday night’s episode of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, her former Gogglebox co-star averted her eyes as tears started to run down her face.

“I’ve had an eating disorder most of my life,” Yvie said. “I grew up in a house where I was told one of the worst things to be was overweight.”

“I wish we lived in a different world…” she continued, “…where what we looked like doesn’t matter.”

It was a moment that struck a chord with viewers all over Australia, as well as several of Yvie’s camp mates.

Now, Mamamia can exclusively share that on tonight’s episode of I’m a Celebrity, Yvie’s long time friend Angie Kent opens up about her own experience with bulimia.
