Didn’t know these places existed!

I know the friends feeling... not all of us have a lot of family to be with, they may live in another country or may have passed like mine. But we do need to realise that for majority it is a very busy time so it is best to make peace with it and use the time to recharge - this is what I do anyway 💜

Oh my you are one forgiving person! I could never do this! Why do men have such a hold over us… 

Not on Ozempic but I am on Saxenda and I have lost 11kgs in 5 months, most in first 4 months but I have allied health as well so help from dietician, exercise physiologist and psychologist, all subsidised via a health care plan because I had insulin resistance. Its been fabulous and the new ways of eating and moving will be life changing forever. Just wish it was subsidised, once you are at full dose it costs approx $100pw.

Can you please remind me the detail of where the Feminist word was most widely used? Would like to share with my colleagues but cant remember the detail. Thanks!
