I think Mum is definitely being manipulated by this man. However, she has her priorities wrong when she is choosing him over her daughter. 

Mia you have done a phenomenal job with No Filter, I am an avid listener and enjoy your guests and interview style. You have made a great choice in handing the baton over to Kate, she is going to do you proud and we will really appreciate her take on No Filter. Thanks Mia, my daughter finished school in Melbourne 2020, her year was marred by lockdowns and it thwarted the kind of year she had and also the leaving rituals which I was looking forward to. My son will finish next year and it will be a very different experience, he is my youngest and I am both thrilled and feeling a little empty that this part of our lives will be over. You’ve summed it up well.
