The real majority of cystic red bumpy acne comes from internal causes and all naturopaths/dermatologists would look to your hormones, health/lifestyle and diet etc to help eliminate them before agreeing that an external product is the answer. Topical products can be great but those cyst will keep coming if the root cause isn't identified unfortunately :(
