Roxy Jacenko gave us a close-up look at her new engagement ring, and it's... big.

Jaw-dropping jewellery and Roxy Jacenko may be old friends, but the PR mogul’s newest piece of bling has an altogether different feel to it and a beautiful story to back it up.

“Fittings and Fabric selects with my favourite @velani,” the 37-year-old wrote alongside an Instagram photo on Wednesday night that showed off not only fabric samples that could be the making of her next wedding dress, but also a custom-designed Nicholas Haywood engagement ring.

The six carat ring was designed by Jacenko’s old friend Haywood and her husband, Oliver Curtis in secret, prior to Curtis asking Jacenko to marry him for a second time earlier this month.

“Oli and Nicholas did it together — I had no idea!,” Jacenko told Popsugar earlier this week, adding, “Given Oli was released four weeks prior to proposing, I am thinking it [the design process] was a quick process!”

Listen: Roxy Jacenko and Mia Freedman talk about the year that was. Post continues…

One of your oldest friends and the person you love working together on a surprise gift made just for you? You can’t get much better than that (especially when it has an estimated value of $450,000.)

The parents-0f-two, who were first married in 2012, became re-engaged weeks after Curtis was released from Cooma Jail in June, where he had been serving a year-long sentence for insider trading.

The happy news also drew a line in the sand not only under the year they had experienced personally but also the months of relationship rumours that plagued them for much of Curtis’ incarceration.

Jacenko first shared the news of Curtis’ proposal on July 15 when she first posted a photo of an anonymous note with directions that read, “Turn left and head to the elevators. Take the key and swipe the lift to level 34. Go to room 3403 and open the door.”

A follow-up image showed Jacenko grinning widely inside a Four Seasons Sydney hotel room that was filled with flowers, candles, and helium balloons that read, ‘Marry Me? Again.’

“When you smell like a rotten egg from cleaning your building facade all day and open a door to …..” the accompanying caption read.

Here’s to the future, and one filled with plenty of love.
