Mamamia recaps FBoy Island: An FBoy reveals himself... prematurely.

Is it embarrassing to admit I love the exiled FBoys' skits at the beginning of each episode? 

Oops.

We are halfway through FBoy Island Australia, and things are getting serious. We can't afford to lose any more Nice Guys over thrown nuggies!

The women have each invited a possible probable FBoy — Izaya, Vernon and Justin — over for a group date.

Sophie tells Justin she still absolutely thinks he's an FBoy but she likes him anyway and is giving him the benefit of the doubt, which is, uh, the exact opposite of what she should do.

Ziara grills Izaya on his lack of relationship experience before they live their best rom-com dreams in the pool.

And Vernon is trying hard to convince Molly and also himself that he's not an FBoy. They shut themselves in her room and talk a lot about third base.

THEN HE SAYS HE REGRETS COMING ON THE SHOW

Oh my god.

To be fair, the mullet, moustache and collection of bright shirts did already give him away. But the first rule of being an FBoy is DON'T OPENLY ADMIT YOU'RE AN FBOY.

He reckons he can convince Molly that he has reformed and I truly hope he's wrong.

The next morning, Nick recounts his evening of wondering what Molly and Vernon were up to, which culminated in him listening to Harry Styles in bed. 

Green flag alert!

At the mixer, Ziara wants to get to the bottom of Cory's age lie. Is he 30 or 60 years old?

He says he's 32 (WHICH IS NOT WHAT THE PRESS KIT SAYS FYI) but Ziara is still not totally convinced.

Meanwhile, Benny professes his feelings to Sophie, and Vernon makes oral sex jokes to Molly.

Once again, how was his FBoy status ever in doubt?

After encouraging Molly to kiss him, Vernon's time is interrupted by Nick, who wants to know what happened between them last night.

Oh no.

This is going to be like watching someone kick a puppy.

Vernon leaves out any of the behind-closed-doors moments, and Nick pretends he's cool and chill.

But Nick's not very good at pretending he's cool and chill.

Today's game involves the women grilling the men about their socials, which Abbie gave them alllll the access to.

And there is absolutely nothing women are better at than stalking dudes they like on Instagram, so this is going to be fun!

We learn:

• Vernon likes to flip the bird.
• Vernon REALLY REALLY likes to flip the bird.
• No but for real, why does this man post so many PHOTOS OF HIMSELF FLIPPING THE BIRD?
• Caleb is hiding things.
• Nick looks great with his shirt off.
• There is no greater red flag than hanging out at the Coogee Pavillion!!! 
• Sean was on Heartbreak Island Australia! He loves a reality dating show that happens to have a large cash prize!
• JUSTIN NEEDS TO BE MARCHED STRAIGHT TO JAIL BECAUSE WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND POSTS A VIDEO OF THEMSELVES FINGERING THE AIR LIKE THAT???
• Cory doesn't think having previous TV experience is relevant to bring up while having another TV experience.

OOOH.

They've left the juiciest till last.

A lovely-looking lady is plastered allll over Clay's Instagram, and Sophie summoned him to the girl's mansion to explain himself.

He explained himself... very badly.

Turns out, he and the person in the pics HAD SEX THREE WEEKS AGO IN BALI.

It's giving FBoy!

The men in the dog box howl and I have never been more disappointed in the fact I am attracted to dudes.

Sophie's bottom two are Clay and Justin, and Ziara's are Josh and Cory.

Molly selects Sean and certified FBoy Vernon, who she asks to share his li'l FBoy secret with the group.

Everyone seems REALLY shocked.

HOW? WHY? DO NONE OF YOU SEE THAT HAIRCUT??????

Abbie blames Vernon's blabbermouth for a very exciting rule change: EVERYONE HAS TO 'REVEAL THEIR STATUS'.
