Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have welcomed their baby rockstar.

The long-awaited little rockstar has arrived!

Kourtney Kardashian Barker and Travis Barker have welcomed their first child together – a baby boy.

While neither has yet spoken (fair, a newborn will keep you busy!), TMZ shared the news that their child is here – little Rocky Thirteen Barker, if they're sticking with the name Travis revealed recently.

Travis, along with Kourtney's sister Kylie Jenner, have both been seen coming and going from Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre (where Kourtney has previously given birth) over the past few days.

The pair shared they were expecting a baby boy in a rock 'n' roll reveal earlier in June of this year.

The announcement was a nod to Blink 182's 1999 music video 'All The Small Things', with the Kardashian holding a giant sign that read, 'Travis I'm Pregnant,' at Barker's Blink-182 concert.

The news came with nothing short of excitement for the couple, who have been very open about their pregnancy struggles.

Kardashian, 44, underwent "urgent fetal surgery" in September. Barker, 44, was touring in Europe with his band, before returning home due to the medical matter.

"I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby's life," Kardashian wrote on Instagram.

"I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this," she continued.

"As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn't prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don't think anyone who hasn't been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear," she shared. "I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant."

She concluded, "Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing."

Fetal surgery is a procedure performed on an unborn baby while still in utero.

Barker also shared a tweet, writing: "God is great. I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I'm so grateful went well. I want to say thank you for all the support. Tour resumes Friday."

Kardashian has other three children — Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, eight — with her ex Scott Disick, while Barker has Alabama Luella, 17, Landon Asher, 19, and step-daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, with his former wife Shanna Moakler.

The reality star and musician tied the knot in May 2022 in a lavish Italian Dolce & Gabbana wedding.

Post-nuptials, the pair attempted several rounds of IVF treatment but were unsuccessful. They announced they would be discontinuing treatment because of the effects on Kardashian's body.

"My health is still impacted because it’s hormones, and mentally it definitely took a toll," she said.

"I think being happy is what’s important and being a good parent to my kids. We’re just embracing that whatever is meant to be, will be."

They then fell pregnant in June.
