LEIGH CAMPBELL: 'My 5-minute makeup routine for when I'm in a hurry.'

I want to talk about fast makeup. Recently, Mia posted a video about her five-minute face — it was so pervy! I LOVE reading, hearing or seeing what products other people use on their face, especially if it’s a condensed list because that means it’s their true essentials.

Watch: Here's Mia's 5-minute makeup routine. Post continues below.

So, inspired by Mia, here’s my five-minute face routine, after I've applied skincare and sunscreen:

Foundation.

I have a pretty big foundation collection. There’s a lot I love — they give a beautiful finish and last all day — but they take more time to blend and perfect. So when I’m in a hurry, I reach for either the Revlon Illuminance Skin Caring Foundation, $42.95, or Estee Lauder Double Wear Sheer Long-Wear Makeup, $74, because they are super easy and forgiving to apply. I can slap them on and haphazardly blend - and it doesn't look like a total disaster. I use the same foundation as under-eye concealer when I’m in a rush.

Bronzer.

I reach for powdered bronzer when I need to set my base and warm up my complexion in 20 seconds. Both the Mecca Max Sunlit Skin Powder Bronzer, $26, and the Physician’s Formula Butter Bronzer, $24.29, are buildable, don't grab to foundation and don’t deposit too much colour (which is harder to fix).

A quick lash curl and a swipe of Loungeface Lash, $37, or Basics By B Lash Lifting Drama Mascara, $40, and my eyes are done. These are both tubular formulas which I love because they last all day and they're super easy to clean up with a cotton swab if I get any on my eyelids.

Brows.

Even if I’m not wearing makeup I’ll always fill in my brows. I quickly brush up and out with a spoolie on the other end of my pencil, then use Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz, $41, with light feathery strokes to fill in my patchy bits. I then use the OXX Brow Gel, $4, to quickly set.

Balm.

I have my lip colour tattooed on, so when I need to dash out the door I just swipe on The Balm by Brillo Beauty, $19 - which is from my own beauty range! - to give my lips some hydration.

Done! And sometimes with 30 seconds to spare (which is when I start looking for my keys).
