This season will welcome former MasterChef judge Melissa Leong alongside the internationally renowned dessert chef Amaury Guichon.

"Desserts have the capacity to be magical," shared Melissa.

Together the pair will mentor and critique the very best chefs in the business, as they plate up dishes worthy of a queen (or king) and find the ultimate master to crown the winner.

Who is the cast of MasterChef: Dessert Masters 2023?

Unlike the earlier season this year that saw Brent Draper taking home the MasterChef title, MasterChef: Dessert Masters will focus heavily on already established pastry chefs, known as masters, and their sweet and perfected dessert techniques.

"It doesn’t get any better, more high calibre, more magical than these chefs, who all bring their own unique take on sweet creations to their own worlds, and now, to ours. I am beyond thrilled – and honoured – to be working with such brilliant, talented and generous people… but boy do I have my work cut out for me!" shared Melissa Leong.
