I was teary reading this Mia, and I’m not a Swiftie, nor did I go to the concert. I think she is pretty incredible, and I’ve loved watching all the excitement over the concerts. Thank you for capturing a bit of this magic for us.
I’m so sorry this happens to you Shannen. You seem like an awesome woman and anyone would be lucky to go on a date with you! Keep writing, keep being you.
More gold from Emily Vernem! I always click on your articles.
I just wanted to say I love all of Basmah‘s stories. Practical, well written, with lots of juicy links and good styling tips. Ironing! Who knew! Love her style.
Gosh what a beautiful article. Thank you for sharing your story, sensitively and openly. All the best to you and your nephew, your mum and your son.
Another great article from Virginia. I click on everything she writes! It amazes me how many of my friends still occasionally smack their kids, even though it doesn’t feel great, and they know it’s not what is recommended by the parenting experts.
A great, thoughtful, well written piece. Thank you!
Wonderful writing Holly, as always. I got chills reading this, esp the end. Fly high beautiful Lilie, and thinking of her poor friends and family. 💔
I love your writing Virginia! Always click on your articles as you succinctly and respectfully get your point across. I remember a friend with a baby same age as mine said “I have to go back to work- I have to use my brain!” and I felt very put out by her comment, but of course couldn’t explain why!
@queenlizzolover You also sound like a ball of fun… and kind and generous too. There are so many amazing women out there xx
You sounds like a ball of fun and anyone would be lucky to have you as their friend.
Good for you! Loved reading this
Some great options here! I vote the hot pink wrap dress. Good luck!
You looked stunning!!! Nailed it… your dress was my fave! The demon did good. 👌👌Hard relate to losing it while choosing a frock. It was over ten years ago and I still shudder at the decision fatigue. We live in the bush so the pressure was on to pick it over one very hectic weekend in Sydney!
I’m so so sorry for your loss. These suggestions are really helpful. Thank you for sharing.
Love Nagi’s recipes! Can highly recommend her butter chicken too… easy and even kids loved it.
I’m so so sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing your moving story and the beautiful photos. You baby girl Sage is beautiful.
Thank you for this thoughtful, interesting, vulnerable article. You are one amazing lady! Truly appreciate you sharing. You are a beautiful writer too.
Thank you for this perspective. Wish that society valued being a stay at home mum more! You’re a great writer too.
Mia! Thank you for articulating this! I, too, was crying about Warnie, and felt silly about it. It is just too much! He reminds me of my youth, so I think I was mourning that as well. Ah look, I’m crying again! Thank you for sharing your writing with us.( PS, tried to send the link to my sister and the Sherri Papini article was linked instead.)
