(continued) :)

I don't think she should be cancelled; i do think she should feel a little sting to let the lesson sink in thoroughly and as an example to others. Losing endorsements and some shine might what she needs to loosen the pull if Twitter, insta and all of those platforms, even if they are lucrative and influential.

Lastly - where the h* ll is Twitter in all this? Why is no one holding that platform to task on why they don't have a way of dealing consistently with hate, vitriol, and creating tools for smashing each other up?

I don't see how the author can say Chrissy was the first to admit her mistake; she wasn't.

There were a lot of people - mostly women - who pointed out her duality of offside tweets while claiming female empowerment.

A lot of the worst tweets we're about women.

One writer recently brought out her article about Chrissy's had tweeting habit that Teigen managed to get taken down.
Other times Teigen went after any small time writer who had any kind of criticism.

Drawing a comparison to Caroline Flack isn't appropriate either; the woman was facing charges and alone, and managing secretively a long history of mental health issues.

I get the desire for people to defend Chrissy; I think part of it is perhaps people enjoyed - just a little - that kind of 'trolling', especially on people outside their pack.

The issue with giving her a pass, and glossing over what was done, minimizing or otherwise fretting about how she feels is creating an out to the reality that actions have consequences.
