'Men pay me $40,000 for my services. Here's what they get in return.'

During her 11 years in the adult industry, Sienna Grace has only truly considered leaving once — after her very first client.

"He pissed the bed," she told Mamamia, adding that he was "extremely intoxicated".

"I was like, 'Oh my God. What is this?'" she continued. "Luckily, I had a booking straight afterwards, and that kind of changed my focus."

Beginning in brothels, then moving onto massage parlours, Sienna's work in the industry eventually evolved into high-end escorting. Though, the 29-year-old doesn't care for classicism.

"We're all doing the same job," she reasoned. "At the end of the day, I charge more money than someone at a brothel, but I'm sure as time goes on, they will end up charging more money too. It's just something that you have to build your way up to.

"I loved my experiences in establishments and brothels. I feel like it really shaped me, and it taught me so much and how to deal with clients. I wouldn't take that back ever."

Nowadays, Sienna works independently and offers a range of services — from a one hour booking worth $1,200, to an entire week for $40,000. Her prices are high, she says, due to the volume of bookings.

"It's physically not humanly possible for me to see everybody," Sienna explained. "I have my rates up so I can be more exclusive."

Potential clients reach out to her via email or text message.

"I don't take phone calls," she said of the booking process. "They will inquire with their name, their age, and what service they would like.

"I can kind of gauge what type of client they are, or what they're after. Do they want the girlfriend experience, or do they want the porn star experience, or VIP porn star experience? Some clients just want to go with the flow. Some clients have a lot of things that they want to try or do."

Once she has completed a safety screening and received the necessary $200 deposit, Sienna will meet with the client.

"We will normally have a glass of wine or have a water together, or a cup of tea depending on what we're up to. Then we'll talk about boundaries, what I'm comfortable with, what he's comfortable with, things like that. Normally, they like everything," she said, adding that she was surprised to learn "high-powered men love to be pegged".

With her most expensive bookings wrapped up in many Non-Disclosure-Agreements, Sienna still managed to share some details with Mamamia about what goes on. And, no, it's not all about sex.

"Sex is important, but it's not the main focus," she said. "The sex feels like a cover for a man to actually feel like he can be vulnerable and talk about how he's feeling."

Sienna went on to describe the week-long bookings as a "couple's holiday".

"We build quite strong relationships and friendships, I feel like I have like 10 boyfriends at the moment; 10 paid boyfriends. Obviously, it's all business. Sometimes it does get a bit grey on their end and they will believe that it is real, but it's not, it's a paid service."

Reminiscing on one of her most memorable bookings, Sienna recalled being flown to a private resort on a private jet, seated on the same plane as one of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

"He had man made the private resort for his personal use," Sienna remembered, keeping the client anonymous due to said NDA.

"It was the craziest resort; it had an Equestrian Centre, a golf range, a moat around the entire house, and separate villas for guests. He had his own lake that he had made, and you could ride jet skis around the moat."

Many of these expensive bookings evolve into repeat customers, who are all hand-selected by Sienna.

"I always give every client a go, as long as they're respectful during the booking process and they don't have any reports," she said. "After that initial booking, I decide whether I'm going to see them again or not. Some clients I won't see again, and sometimes I will."

While Sienna is self-assured when speaking to us about her work, she has experienced external judgment throughout her time in the industry, including from her own family.

"When they found out what I did, they were like, 'What the hell? What's going on? Don't do this.' But when they actually got to know what I do, it is actually way more than what you would think."

Aware there is a "stigma" about the adult industry, Sienna remains "unbothered".

"People have a misconception of the industry," she suggested. "They think it's just sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll. It's not like that. There's a lot of good that comes out of the industry.

"I see a lot of clients that have disabilities, and they deserve to have connection, companionship, and intimacy just as much as the next person.

"There's a lot of men that have mental health issues, or they've had sexual health trauma, and they don't feel confident or comfortable to be around women.

"They have performance issues, anxiety issues, and it's a safe place where me and the client can work through those struggles together."
